    enjoy a mediterranean cooking class and you will learn how to cook our traditional food, guided by professionals in the field. The cooking classes are interactive and the guests of Villa Pomes will be able to take part in all the proposed activities and to enjoy a unique experience! Our experts will present dishes from the local culinary tradition and will use ingredients grown locally, completely organic, coming from farms close to our property.

  • PRIVATE CHEF EXPERIENCE
    What could be more intimate and luxurious on your holiday than booking your own chef to come and prepare the delicious specialties of the region just for you and your party? The produce of Puglia is so fresh and flavorsome, there is a mouth-watering dish for every palate.€ 300 for the service + dinner from € 40 to € 150 per person, according to the menu.   • PANZEROTTATA:
    This is a unique opportunity to discover one of the most appreciated local dishes: il panzerotto! It is a deep fried pizza-roll – fried in olive oil, of course. The traditional version is filled with delicious mozzarella cheese and local tomato, but it is possible to try many different fillings at your choice.€ 400 – including up to 150 panzerotti with different fillings
